Regional Account Manager - Costco



Oversaw four of Costco’s eight National Buying teams, designing and launching ground-up programs rooted in new-to-market innovation and transformative pricing strategies that fueled long-term growth for Beam Suntory. Flagship programs such as Maker’s Mark Lost Staves Series and Old Grand-Dad 114 reimagined the portfolios and meaningfully strengthened the strategic partnership between the two companies.



Led a distillery-based summit with 30+ national and international Costco leaders, establishing a strategic platform to shape the future of key brands within the retailer. The summit directly enabled initiatives such as the reintroduction and trial of On The Rocks following earlier delisting.



This role crystallized the experience I brought to Western Spirits—building brands from the ground up, reactivating previously removed opportunities, and driving disciplined execution against the demanding timelines of one of the most innovative global retailers. Combined with prior experience across regional and national chains, it enabled the next step in my career: leading a less-developed portfolio and pursuing significant retail growth opportunities across both regional account development and national retail programming tailored to each retailer’s nuances.
