In 2022 we moved from Kentucky up to Missouri to take on a new role as Regional Chain Manager. Moving over from independent accounts in Kentucky to National Chains within Missouri and Louisiana, while directly managing Schnucks and Dierbergs.

Successfully managed to take on a new role with a manager on maternity leave and no State Manager in role and still delivered year end financial goals and targets through 2022 Full Year Plan. 

Was able to build relationships across multiple markets with different distributor partners and execute to a high level within our retailer accounts through time and effort in field and building plans to make the team successful. Integrated a top performing store drill down across our accounts to place money and effort into the "accounts that win" and better use our finances to win in market. 

Nominated and won an impact award for the entire central region for excellence in building a program and executing it locally with our Walmart team.
